Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in security solutions and access control.
• Technical hands-on field experience in door hardware and related trades.
• Ability to learn new technical methods and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, installs, and services access and video systems for commercial and residential sites.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting and repairs on access and video systems.
• Instructs customers on operation and features of systems.
• Coordinates with sales staff and leads projects from site walk-through to hand-off.
