Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, contractors, and retail personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization and credentials, maintain logs, and deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations calmly and document events according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and the property perimeter to identify and report security concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site contacts, guests, and public agencies while supporting a welcoming environment.
