Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials, screening visitors, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining entry/exit records.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and report to site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, shipping/receiving, entrances, parking, and perimeter to identify unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Prepare clear reports related to daily activities, incidents, visitor activity, and observations.
