Allied Universal in Burbank, CA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Entry Authorization Review to protect client sites and maintain a secure environment. You’ll monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage badges, and document access activity.

This daytime schedule involves rotating shifts; you’ll provide friendly customer service, communicate with employees and visitors, and support a welcoming workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access-control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site-specific security procedures.
• Monitor and control access to the facility, verify credentials and maintain entry records.
• Respond calmly to alarms and incidents and report concerns per procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Document daily activities, incidents and observations per site policies.
