Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• A drug screen may be required; licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and maintain access-related records.
• Control access to restricted areas and report unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify appropriate contacts and emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, business areas, and the perimeter.
