Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors and staff by following access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify credentials to restrict access as required.
• Respond to incidents and alarms with calm, professional communication.
• Conduct routine patrols of access points and perimeter areas.
• Prepare accurate incident and activity reports per procedures.
