Qualifications

Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to authorized personnel, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures and access-control requirements.
Monitor entry points and verify credentials and visitor documentation.
Control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries; maintain logs and report access concerns.
Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following escalation procedures.
Conduct patrols of assigned points and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
