Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background checks as per law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and clients while performing site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain entry records, and direct authorized individuals as required.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and document activities.
• Conduct regular patrols of building areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual conditions or unauthorized access.
• Report maintenance concerns and policy violations to site leadership.
