Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while performing access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and issue visitor badges as directed.
• Screen and direct visitors, contractors, and deliveries according to site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and policy violations; report unusual activity through established channels.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, business areas, and perimeter.
