Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer for Access Authorization in Lebanon, IN. The role centers on controlling entry, verifying credentials, and delivering professional customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees.

You will monitor access points, respond to alarms, conduct patrols, and coordinate with building management while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Age requirement: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees while following access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; manage visitor entry and records.
• Respond to alarms and incidents calmly, escalating per procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, common areas, and perimeters.
• Communicate professionally with building management and Allied Universal leadership about access activity.
