Job summary

Allied Universal in Lebanon, Indiana is seeking a Security Officer for entry point operations. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and provide welcoming customer service to employees and visitors while maintaining a visible security presence.

This full-time role requires at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles), a high school diploma, background check and drug screening. CPR is preferred; a valid driver's license may be required for driving positions.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and document arrivals, departures, and access-related activity per location procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property, report unusual conditions or access concerns, and maintain accurate logs and records.
