Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors per site procedures.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and log activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and coordinate with responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property and report unusual conditions.
• Maintain accurate incident and access-control records.
