Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations and may be required.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel per site access-controls.
• Monitor and manage access points, verify credentials, and direct authorized individuals.
• Respond to access-control alarms and incidents with calm, problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points and perimeters.
• Document incidents and relevant observations in required reports and communicate to leadership.
