Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Door Security in Boise, ID. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain a visible presence to deter security incidents.

You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with site contacts and emergency responders, contributing to a teams-first culture that values integrity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue and collect visitor badges, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; elevate concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entryways, office areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site contacts, law enforcement, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, access issues, and security-related observations.
