Qualifications

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal may consider qualified applications with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials and directing authorized individuals.
• Screen incoming and outgoing traffic to protect production and distribution areas.
• Respond calmly to incidents and communicate relevant information to site leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter areas, reporting maintenance concerns.
