Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facilities services provider, seeks a Security Officer Entry Management in Coatesville, PA. This part-time role offers a $16.00/hour pay rate with a schedule that includes day and night shifts, and access control responsibilities at a manufacturing location.

You will monitor access, deter unauthorized entry, and respond to incidents while supporting a welcoming environment and teamwork-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, all applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Licensing requirements may be required per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entries, and directing personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic at designated entry points, report access concerns to site contacts, and deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate concerns through established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned access areas, facilities, and perimeter locations; vary with client site conditions.
