Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Control in Wilmington, DE. This role offers fixed-Shift Anchor availability with the option to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $16.37 per hour, with part-time hours and a path to broader opportunities in a supportive, security-focused environment. Applicants may be asked to participate in a background check and drug screening as required by law.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required depending on state regulations and role.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, motorists, employees, and contractors by carrying out access-control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access points, entrances and restricted areas and verify authorized access.
• Respond to incidents and parking-related disturbances calmly and document observations as required.
• Conduct regular patrols of parking areas, walkways, entrances and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports and communicate with site leadership.
