Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required; valid driver’s license for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor and control access by verifying identification and reviewing visitor authorizations.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns following escalation and reporting procedures.
• Monitor access points, alarm panels, cameras, and related systems; report irregular activity.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
