Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and partners at a shelter location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, common areas, grounds, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report unauthorized access, disturbances, hazards, and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents calmly, document events, and follow site procedures.
• Assist with maintaining a welcoming environment by providing directions and professional communication.
