Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience or more.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• State/city-issued security license preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, and maintain accurate entry/exit records.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and security concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Direct visitors, support badge and key control, and report policy violations.
