Qualifications

• Must be a results driven individual.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Acts as our “Customer’s best service provider” at all times.
• Ability to pass any State and Federal licensing requirements.
• Experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare.
• Ability to identify and respond to security risks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security and observe emergencies and non-emergencies.
• Dispatch appropriate personnel and notify management.
• Report and coordinate with parties for emergencies and incidents.
• Manage CCTV and badge activities, granting access levels.
• Monitor the facility's emergency information communications system.
