Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in security operations, access control workflows, or related functions.
• Familiarity with badge issuance, visitor management, and basic system checks.
• Knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and security operations concepts.

Responsibilities

• Issue, update, deactivate, and audit badges; maintain access records and permissions.
• Perform routine video system health checks and support footage retrieval for authorized requests.
• Conduct checks on access control panels and security devices; coordinate with IT, facilities, and vendors for issues.
• Manage compliance documentation, logs, and audit files; assist with site assessments.
• Serve as the liaison for tasks no longer managed by ESOC; align new workflows and policies.
