Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Officer Access Control Patrol in San Jose, CA. You will provide customer service to tenants and visitors, conduct regular unarmed patrols, and manage access control at a commercial real estate site.

This role requires at least 2 years of security experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift according to the posted schedule. CPR/First Aid are preferred, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors and property management staff.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access, verify visitor/contractor authorization, report unauthorized access.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies following procedures.
• Prepare clear reports and logs of patrols and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management staff.

• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and report unauthorized access attempts.

• Prepare clear, accurate reports and activity logs.
