Allied Universal, a leading security services company, seeks a Security Officer - Credential Records in Boise, ID. You will manage visitor entry, verify credentials, and support badge access while delivering exceptional customer service.

Position is full time with a consistent afternoon/evening schedule. Candidates should be prepared for background checks and a drug screen in compliance with company policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Licensing or credentials for security work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials and maintaining entry records.
• Respond calmly to alarms, incidents, and security-related situations and escalate per protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to identify security concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership; complete required security reports.
