Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Facility Entry Operations in Boise, ID. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

This full-time role offers $19.00 per hour and schedules including DayTime and Night shifts. As a Security Officer, you will monitor entry points, handle visitor registrations, and maintain accurate access logs.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures and policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor registration, and maintain access logs.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and entry points to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership regarding incidents and policy violations.
