Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Credential Validation in Boise, ID. You will manage access control, monitor entry points, and perform routine patrols, providing excellent customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors.

The role is full-time with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour. You will be expected to follow site-specific policies, assist with emergency response, and maintain accurate records and compliance with licensing and background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Must be 18+ (unarmed) or 21+ (armed).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorizations, contractor check-ins, and delivery access in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and incident records; communicate access concerns and unusual activity to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, business areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
