Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for treatments by multiple providers and treatment areas.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls for patients.
• Check email daily to ensure timely communication.
• Resolve customer issues and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Utilize the Well App to assist patients as needed and respond to inquiries.
• Attach all incoming fax reports to patient charts.
• Create and fax x-ray scripts for patients to the appropriate locations.
• Process medication refill requests by forwarding them to the provider as patients call.
• Generate work or school notes based on doctor recommendations and send them to patients via email or fax.
• Communicate effectively over the phone with patients.
• Enter patient demographics, insurance information, and other pertinent data into the computer.
• Communicate using active listening and professional responses.
• Manage the maintenance of the providers’ schedules.
• Handle online appointment requests in a timely manner.
• Provide translation assistance for Spanish speaking patients.
• Assist team members with questions pertaining to scheduling.
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
