This inside sales role connects callers to admissions, clinical, or program teams, building multi-service relationships and supporting the One First Children vision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of inside sales, admissions, or intake experience.
• Experience in education, behavioral health, or related services is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as centralized intake hub for all inquiries via phone, email, website submissions, and referrals.
• Screen inquiries for program eligibility and route to admissions or program teams.
• Maintain CRM records, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups and handoffs.
