Qualifications

• 8+ years pharma/customer-facing experience.
• Masters or BS/NRPh or related degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of Specialty Pharma experience.
• Experience in Endocrinology or Immunoglobulin sector preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Reimbursement, Government Payment Systems, Provider/Carrier Networks.
• Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient journey coordination from enrollment to therapy initiation.
• Provide reimbursement guidance and payer policy insights.
• Educate healthcare professionals on reimbursement processes and resources.
• Develop account-level access strategies and optimize workflows to reduce therapy delays.
• Collaborate with Sales, Key Account Managers, Marketing and Patient Solutions teams.
