Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an Endo/IG Access Care Manager to drive patient access in the West region. This field-based role reports to the Regional Director, Patient Access & Reimbursement and combines reimbursement expertise with account-level strategy.

You will lead patient journey management, coordinate care across providers, engage payers, and educate healthcare professionals on coverage options and financial assistance. Travel up to 30% and US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years pharmaceutical experience in customer-facing roles.
• 1+ years in Access and Reimbursement support.
• 3–5 years in Specialty Pharma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient access and reimbursement strategies.
• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and hub services.
• Engage with payers and coordinate coverage pathways.
