Walgreens Co. is offering an accelerated Store Manager development track designed to fast-track qualified individuals through classroom, online, and on-the-job training.

Participants will rotate through store areas, gain exposure to both front-end and pharmacy operations, and participate in performance coaching with Store and District Managers. Successful candidates will complete required certifications, develop leadership skills, and be prepared for a Store Manager role upon program completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience, or HS diploma with 5 years retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; willingness to work flexible schedule; willing to transfer to other Walgreens assets.
• Willingness to complete accelerated program and obtain required certifications for Store Manager.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Shadow Store Manager to learn opening/closing, shift changes, and task delegation.
• Provide coaching and training to team; monitor customer service performance.
• Analyze store and pharmacy performance and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies across store operations.
