The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. With Sherwin-Williams' promote-from-within philosophy, you will have the opportunity to progress into an Assistant Store Manager position upon successful completion of the initial 8-week training.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree by start of the program.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete the training program as outlined in the curriculum.
• Collaborate with store management to oversee a million-dollar store operation.
• Learn operations, clients, and internal strategy to contribute to the team’s success.
• Grow market share by selling to large commercial users such as painting contractors.
• Provide leadership and support in customer service, sales, and marketing activities.
