White Cap is seeking an Account Manager – Accelerated Sales Program to fast-track your sales career in a structured, hands-on environment. You will work with sales leaders through classroom and on-the-job training, developing jobsite and office selling skills, and building strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years in sales, plus strong communication, self-governance, and accountability. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participates in training and on-the-job learning to master White Cap's model.
• Prepares and executes account plans and sells White Cap value proposition.
• Develops customer and supplier relationships and visits job sites.
• Enters and processes customer orders and follows up.
