Job summary

A leading automotive service company in Lincoln is seeking candidates for a Fast Track Management Program. This role prepares you to efficiently operate a store and aims for future opportunities as a Regional Manager. Candidates should have at least 2 years of automotive management experience, solid leadership, and communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in automotive or 4 years of general management experience.
• Demonstrated success in employee retention and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare to operate a Brakes Plus store with future goal of Regional Manager.
• Build a highly motivated team and develop an effective service environment.
• Work closely with Sales and Service teams to improve performance.
