Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and at least 3 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of databases using query tools and applications.
• Experience with report writing tools such as PL/SQL Developer, Business Objects, or Tableau.
• Ability to adapt and integrate changing technologies.
• Basic understanding of FERPA and SEVIS.

Responsibilities

• Certify academic eligibility for student-athletes and transfer students with campus partners.
• Maintain Banner course data structures and assist with registration setup and CLSS schedule building.
• Support Courseleaf suite, coordinate upgrades with OIT, and track vendor support tickets.
• Audit Registrar data, write SQL/reporting queries, and develop custom reports with campus stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot daily technical issues and support academic policies and student success.
