The role serves as a single point of contact, collaborating with admissions, financial aid, orientation, and support services to ensure a smooth pathway to graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Student Services, Academic advising, or Enrollment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for prospective students from inquiry to enrollment to completion.
• Provide information on programs, admission requirements, financial aid, and career pathways.
• Assist students with application, course planning, registration, and onboarding.
• Support New Student Orientation and Registration events to address student needs.
• Develop individualized academic plans to keep students on track for graduation.
• Monitor student progress and address academic or personal challenges proactively.
• Collaborate with career services, tutoring, and mental health support as needed.
• Promote student engagement through workshops and campus activities.
