ACCEL Schools in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Regional Director of Academics to lead job-embedded professional development for Directors of Academics, teachers, staff, and administration. The role focuses on data analysis, coaching, and expanding instructional practices to raise student achievement across the region.

The Regional Director will supervise Directors of Academics, monitor progress, and collaborate with ACCEL Shared Services teams and Regional Vice Presidents to ensure district-wide

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Ohio teaching credential authorizing services in the area of responsibility.
• Minimum 3+ years of successful instructional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in and/or deliver required Director of Academics professional development.
• Identify the school teaching and learning needs by analyzing student data.
• Supervise Directors of Academics while they provide primary support for teachers.
• Monitor instructional effectiveness and student progress using professional development tools.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors of Academics, ACCEL Shared Services teams and Regional Vice Presidents to align goals.
