Responsibilities

• Manage the SoMSS course schedule from data entry to instructor assignment and updates.
• Manage department-controlled rooms in ASTRA.
• Schedule final exams each semester per university deadlines.
• Serve as department roster contact and support funding and evaluations.
• Prepare reports on enrollment, retention, course demand, and student progression.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to resolve scheduling and data issues.
