The University of Virginia's Department of Psychology seeks a proactive Research Operations Coordinator to manage departmental research operations and the grant lifecycle. The role partners with PIs, departmental staff, and the central research administration to align staffing, finances, and processes across awards.

You will oversee budgeting, staffing, and procurement, translating complex funding requirements into actionable guidance while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with federal or private/foundation funding preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar ERP system.
