Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with sponsored program/post-award grant administration, including OSP processes and sponsor reporting.
• Familiarity with NIH salary cap and cost share requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide financial forecasts.
• Process payroll accounting adjustments and journal entries.
• Monitor grant account balances and provide up-to-date information to leadership.
• Audit Biology expenses and maintain audit-ready records.
• Coordinate post-award grant management and sponsor reporting.
