Key qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus five years of grant and contract experience
• Experience with full life-cycle grants and contracts or research administration, including federal proposals (NIH, HRSA)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and familiarity with Huron, Workday, or ResearchUVA
• Knowledge of Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200)
• Certified Research Administrator (CRA) certification or similar
• Familiarity with clinical trial research in higher education environments
