Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Five years of grant and contract experience; four additional years may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight to a team of grants administrators, grant specialists, and CRCs to ensure compliant pre- and post-award administration.
• Advise faculty on proposal preparation and sponsor compliance while coordinating submissions and reports.
• Monitor expenditures and manage subawards and award modifications across multiple awards.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and professional development for staff and serve as a subject matter expert.
