Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, health science, public health, biomedical science, or related field.
• Experience with research coordination, data management, data analysis, scientific writing, literature review, or academic research is preferred.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications; familiarity with statistical software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day research activities, project timelines, and study deliverables.
• Support study design, protocol development, and research planning.
• Assist with IRB materials as required by the project.
• Manage data collection, extraction, cleaning, quality checks, and analysis workflows.
• Prepare and maintain research records, tables, figures, and reports.
• Mentor medical students in research methods and data literacy.
