Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree is required; health-related concentration preferred.
• Prior experience with clinical trials protocols and regulatory requirements is desirable.
• Strong computer skills including email, calendar, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate study participants in the Clinical Trials Unit.
• Review enrollment details with patients' caretakers.
• Ensure informed consent is obtained per protocol.
• Schedule tests and appointments within appropriate timeframes.
• Transmit prescriptions for study medication to the research pharmacist.
• Identify abnormal lab results and arrange repeat evaluations as required.
• Complete case report forms accurately and enter data electronically.
• Maintain source documentation for each participant.
• Respond to data inquiries promptly.
• Complete SAE reports within specified timeframes.
• Report to the Project Director and Principal Investigator.
• Perform other duties as instructed by the PI/PD.
