Job summary

Colorado Mountain College is seeking an Academic Coordinator to support and coordinate campus academic processes and oversee credit and non-credit instruction, including concurrent enrollment as designated.

Responsibilities include selecting adjunct faculty, managing scheduling, supporting faculty with educational technology, credentialing, and collaborating with campus teams to coordinate programs and events that enhance student learning and experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with two years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating academic programs and courses.
• Familiarity with educational technology and LMS.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credit and/or non-credit courses including scheduling and adjunct faculty selection.
• Coordinate learning management program including textbook adoptions and desk copy requests.
• Assist with credentialing of adjunct faculty and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Develop semester class schedules with the Assistant Dean of Instruction.
• Lead campus First Year Experience initiatives and support events.
