Job summary

Colorado Mountain College is seeking an Academic Coordinator to support and coordinate campus academic processes, including credit/non-credit instruction and concurrent enrollment. The role involves selecting adjunct faculty, scheduling courses, and coordinating programs to enhance student learning.

Responsibilities include credentialing support, Canvas and LMS coordination, and collaboration with campus teams.

Qualifications

• Education and experience sufficient for the rigors of the position; Bachelor’s Degree with two years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with program coordination, community education, and technology in educational environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others; detail-oriented with accurate recordkeeping and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credit and/or non-credit courses including scheduling and adjunct faculty selection.
• Coordinate promotion of classes in partnership with campus marketing.
• Manage budgets for programming, First Year Experience and related programs.
