Job summary

Colorado Mountain College (CMC) is seeking an Academic Coordinator to support credit and non-credit programs across the campus. You will assist in scheduling classes, selecting adjunct faculty, and coordinating credentialing, with emphasis on efficient use of Canvas and learning technologies.

In this role you will manage budgets, promote courses with campus marketing, and collaborate with the Assistant Dean of Instruction and student affairs to support student success and First Year Experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with two years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with program coordination, community education, and educational technology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversees credit and/or non-credit courses including scheduling and adjunct faculty selection.
• Develops semester class schedules with the Assistant Dean of Instruction.
• Manages budget for programming and First Year Experience.
• Supports Canvas use and credentialing processes for adjunct faculty.
• Coordinates CEPA and liaises with the CEPA Coordinator as assigned.
• Participates in campus committees and events; maintains records and reporting.
