Colorado Mountain College is seeking an Academic Coordinator to support and coordinate campus academic processes and oversee credit and non-credit instruction or concurrent enrollment.

The role involves selecting adjunct faculty, coordinating courses, creating schedules, supporting credentialing, and partnering with faculty and staff to enhance student learning and experiences. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, with a Colorado work location requirement and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with two years related experience or equivalent education.
• Experience coordinating programs, community education, and knowledge of educational technology.
• Detail-oriented with strong recordkeeping and reporting skills; budget management.

Responsibilities

• Select adjunct faculty for credit and/or non-credit assignments.
• Coordinate credit/non-credit courses, concurrent enrollment, and programming.
• Create class schedules with the Assistant Dean of Instruction.
• Support adjunct faculty credentialing and educational technology needs.
• Collaborate with campus team to coordinate programs and events for student learning.
