Job summary

Qualifications

  • Two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and coordination tasks for the Finance Professional.
  • Track program activities using a project management tool.
  • Manage program budget across accounts and process payments and reimbursements.
  • Coordinate logistics for visiting industry professionals and firms, register visitors, and prepare itineraries.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to capture media at events and prepare collateral.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring firms, alumni, and industry partners.
  • Develop and maintain a robust database of program contacts and internship opportunities.
  • Support industry engagement and expand networking opportunities in target finance areas.
  • Set up vendor payments, travel requests, and reimbursements; process student waivers for HR.
  • Reserve rooms, schedule meetings, and manage event budgets; update resources on Canvas and Teams.
