Job summary

The successful candidate will partner with campus and community stakeholders, supervise staff, and develop resources and reports to showcase program impact and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience or a bachelor’s degree in appropriate areas of specialization and four years of experience.
• Two or more years of leadership development or community engagement experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement leadership development and community engagement programming to support student learning.
• Build partnerships with campus and community to provide engaging opportunities.
• Lead planning and execution of signature programs and experiences.
• Provide coaching, trainings, consultations, and meetings to support unit priorities.
• Develop collateral and web content to highlight departmental data for stakeholders.
• Oversee operations and supervising staff to ensure best practices.
